Susurro maintains a static public website without analytics, tracking scripts, forms other than the Desk Updates subscription interface, or a public user account system.
- Desk Updates
- A subscription records the email address provided, confirmation and subscription status, relevant timestamps, and the delivery, suppression, or unsubscribe state needed to operate the service.
- Purpose
- Desk Updates is used only to send new public intelligence, Decision Notes, capability releases, and material firm updates.
- Processor
- Buttondown provides subscription confirmation and email delivery infrastructure for Desk Updates. Susurro has disabled open, click, transactional, and campaign link tracking.
- Choice
- Subscription requires email confirmation. Every update includes an unsubscribe link, and no preselected marketing options are used.
- Retention
- Subscription information is retained while an address is active and, after unsubscription, only as needed for suppression, service integrity, or applicable recordkeeping obligations.
- Requests
- Privacy, correction, or deletion requests may be sent to updates@susurrointel.com.
